Awful truck buying experience. They do not train the sales guys properly and cut a lot of corners. Bought my Certified Pre-Owned Ram 2500 Laramie August 19th and it has been in the shop 4 times now. All different but similar issues. I have been without the vehicle for 26 days now. No follow up after my google review and just really bad customer service.

The worst dealer have ever seen in this world. My brand new pacifica pinnacle got shutoff on free way two Two times within 2 weeks of vehicle purchase and dealer is totally careless and helpless. We purchased a new Chrysler 300S from Bluebonnet. Our salesman Rodney could not have been any more helpful. Listened to our needs and found the perfect car for us. They made us a great deal in the new car and a very fair price for our trade in. Bob our finance guy was straightforward and listened to our wants. There was no pressure and the entire experience could not have went any better. Thank you Bluebonnet for being so nice to work with. We came here to build/order a 23 Scat Pack Widebody Charger. Seemed to be fine until we asked the salesman, Robert Camareno, for full transparency, if we could see the invoice. He did allow us to see it, however, we have dealt on many vehicles considering this would be the 4th vehicle (2nd sports car) to our collection, making us very aware of MSRP, invoice, and dealer holdbacks. The worst dealership and service I have encountered/ Luis, service and Raj, assistant manager we’re terrible. Had an appointment and neither one of them would Confirm or accept. They almost damage my car by driving it around dangerously. Would never go back to this dealership. The service driver was on his cell phone talking while trying to drive my van and almost damaged it. They these people are total morons. We left and went to San Marcos dodge and jeep and had wonderful service there. Do not go to Blue Bonnet

Very disappointed in them. I called and spoke to a salesman named Joe about coming in to special order a TRX and I was told they ordered at MSRP with no markup or dealer addendums. I came in the next day and was told they add a 5,000 dollar markup to any TRX special order. Even after telling them I was told differently by Joe, they stood by this greediness. As a 20 year customer it pains me to say that my hometown dealership just lost my business. The service department has had my truck for a week and still has not been able to get it into the shop. This is by far the worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle. They made a mistake on the financial part and they were very eager to get my financial information over the phone. I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Eco Boost Limited. Loaded out truck. Had less than 120 miles on Vehicle.....TOTAL before it started throwing codes and de rating to point you couldn't drive, would reduce to 5 MPH. Had to pull over Clear codes with a code reader, then it would run for a little longer until all over again.Took to Dealer and was told the EGR Cooler had an open circuit, and they couldn't get the part till mid September. Dishonest, Shady, and Bait and Switch, is how I would describe my experience with Bluebonnet Dodge. I spent 2 days trying to buy a used truck from them. I agreed to buy the truck for a price that they offered only if it checked out with my mechanic. This is absolutely the worst dealer I have ever done business with in my 66 years of buying new vehicles. I have had issues with my faulty brakes since I drove my new tuck off of their lot. Service Dept is a disappointment, once the sale of the vehicle is completed they cannot provide customer service in the service Dept. Service writers are rude and gave me the impression they do not care. Pull in the service drive and nobody comes out to wait on you, go in the service office and your presence is ignored, they give me the impression the customer bothers them! I don’t like this reception so, I will go to another dealership for service and sales.

I needed a another van. Rodney found what I wanted right away. We discussed other available vehicles, but he didn't burden me with a lot of the "you ought to think about upgrading" hype. He met my needs - fast. The expertise within the Service Department staff has never disappointed me. If you want a massage or something besides popcorn find a high priced outfit with lots of overhead; need a decent vehicle at an affordable price and a friendly staff to maintain it, come here.

I made an appointment for warranty service at this location. I arrived at the agreed time (0730) and was told that I would receive a call once they diagnosed the issue. After not receiving a call by 2:30 pm in the afternoon I called only to be told that my vehicle has NOT been even looked at due to their busy schedule. I drove 14 hours to San Antonio for a different truck that was grossly misrepresented. On my way home feeling completely disappointed we found a couple trucks on bb's website. When I arrived at the dealership "Big Al" took me to the vehicles and was incredible! The next morning I drove home in our 2013 F350. The service at their used lot is excellent and I will drive the 14 hours to work with them again!

I drove all the way from Manor, Tx to look at their nice looking 300s that I had seen online. I arrived at the dealership at 7:20 pm. They don't close until 8:30 so time is not an issue to get horrible service. absolutely the worst sales rep I have encountered for after sales service, the safety and well being of me, my friends and my horses was put in jeopardy by this rep and the service departments lack of care - the last straw - the gooseneck ball came off the brand new truck while driving down 1604 with my horse trailer (the reason I wanted a safe truck is to haul my horses safely)

When my wife and I talked to the sales person, we specifically asked if they had a multi-point inspection for their used vehicles. We were told they inspected the vehicle and had done some work on the front wheel drive axle ... not given a direct answered, but the inspection was implied. These guys rock!!! We drive around for 6 months with the passenger window down after getting an estimate from midas ($600 to replace the motor). These guys found out what the real problem was (master control switch and the actual window button) and the repair ended up costing Less than half of what we finally saved up to pay. we will never take our trucks any where else.
