I wanted to praise Justin and the team at Bluebonnet for being the best dealership I have ever worked with. I originally reached for a vehicle that ended up being outside of my price range. Justin kept my needs in mind and contacted me when he got a fresh trade that checked all the boxes. Throughout the process, everyone in sales and finance were very transparent and accommodating and they did everything in their power to make something happen for me. Ultimately, I wasn’t able to make a purchase but that didn’t stop Justin from checking in a couple of days later to ask how my daughter’s volleyball tryouts went, which I mentioned during my visit. That’s not just sales, that’s people who care. I highly recommend Justin and the entire BBD team.

Excellent staff, his name is Luis Diosdado, he helped us do the deal basicly over the phone. He sent us a live video of the toyota 4runner Sr5, showing and explaining details of the vehicle. We were treated very well. We were very satisfied with how easy he made the transaction. And we are so happy with the 4 runner. He deserves 5 stars and more.
